I have started watching my fat intake, no starches and sugars too. I know part of those pounds were water weight, but hey! it's good incentive to keep going! Thanks for your inspiration Maybe I will reach my birthday (countdown is getting desperate now!) under 140. I'm impressed with the weight loss, healthy eating, and rigorous exercise routine that you are sticking with. You will reach your goal! Lowering the starch and sugar should help cut down on water bloating. Your goal is very attainable. You are definitely going the right direction. Guest guest
{{{{Joya}}}} Congratulations! ;-) F who thinks we should also have a Tae Bo trip to Honduras! I totally agree. and I thought Honduras was the best part of the honeymoon, and I REALLY want to go Scuba diving again. Who now suscribes to Scuba Diving magazine after only an hour underwater. Guest guest
Joya, Congratulations on the 5 pounds! That's definitely a big accomplishment. I get encouraged with EACH pound I succeed in dropping (even though it's not much up to this point). Your mentioned goals are exactly mine - to get below 140 (for me it is to get there AT ALL - and not relative to my birthday LOL!) and to be able to lose my waist so I can wear my pants comfortably without the bulge. I wish us both success, but you by your birthday! ------- Talia Adar Jerusalem Post Tel: (02) 531-5639 Fax: (02) 538-8408 > > Reply-To: tae-bo_onegroups > Date: Fri, 04 Aug 2000 15:38:29 -0500 > To: tae-bo_onegroups > Subject: my brag > > Well, I have lost 5 pounds this week I have been walking 40 minutes > every morning at 5:30 AM followed by TB 8 minute, and then in the > afternoons I walk the dogs a mile and MOST days have been doing BL > series--if not I go out bike riding with my daughter, but I do try to get > in the Tae Bo at least 4 times a week. Well, I would be thrilled if you guys could come! We would definitely have to schedule a Tae Bo class...maybe could teach it! I am anxiously waiting for the Tae Bo bug to hit here...people go " Oh that TV thing? It looks hard " . DH and son are planning to go a karate workout that an old instructor of theirs is giving in the early mornings and I am thinking I may take a few lessons to get the kicks down pat.
