Glucose/Fructose (HFCS in the US)

Like Katrina said, I also respond to HFCS with cravings and extra hunger.

Sometimes it is impossible to avoid. I work for a company with a huge

nutrition division and our Diabetes products are full of it. I don't know

the qtys are high, but it is in there..

It's hard.

I also need to cut it out (again) and get snack foods without it. I was

traveling/working a lot and needed snacks and the only ones I could find

in my rush were bars with it in there.. it explains my stall this past

week!

I think Luna bars do NOT have it - anyone know of a reason to not buy

them? Heh, speak now before I marry some.

Hrm - can one set an intention for the week? I'm " saying it outloud! "

Workouts:

Mon: Spin, yoga

Tues: Run

Wed: Run, weights

Thursday: undecided

Friday: spin, weights

Saturday: run

Sunday: run, weights

Eating: avoid G/F, eat 3 fruits, 5 veggies per day, drink 80 oz fluids

(water or tisane tea)

Today I get a massage (deep tissue, nothing like getting your quads

elbowed).. I think I'll get a couple more before my benefits reset next

week. :)
