A nasty tummy bug meant I had to cancel yesterdays appt to have my fill emptied ( experimental treatment to stave off the Shoulder tip pain)...honestly I think Im going round the twist! One day its unbearable...next day...you wouldnt even know I HAD a shoulder....anyways....Im going in for Physio tomorrow ( fingers crossed). And exercise?......what ISSSS that ?... "Do you walk Sue? " ( asked the Physio !)... "Uhhhh, yeah, to the Refridgerator !" replied I, Honestly. Feeling very unmotivated right now...so I really need a KICK up the back side.... & I MEAN a kick. I'm using EVERY half a$$ed excuse under the sun...woops I meant rainclouds ( And how good is THAT I ask you? )...not to exercise....."it's Too cold, too wet, too late, too expensive,I'm not in the mood, dont have a sitter....Just couldnt be bothered is the truth. So I need someone...Something to kickstart me.....and usually it needs to be a real hum dinger. "Take no prisoners with me"......thats what I told my 19 year old personal trainer with the Perky boobs & blank look on her face......and you know what ?...She did. Godddddddd...I hate my own Whinging...will someone put a muzzle on me fergoonessake ! Nic, I like that scene you painted with your "Imagination brush" where you come down a circular staurcase ( its circular in my minds eye ! ) walk through billowing gossamer curtains onto the soft warm sand of the beach....feet sinking in....arrrrrrrrrhhhhhhh Lovvvvvvvve it.........find a beach umbrella....sorry I HAD to stick that in otherwise I'd get burned.....slink into my custom made banana lounge underneath, delicately ring the bell & have the cabana Boy bring me my daquari ( spelling? )...... Ahhhhhhh Thats pretty nice...I'll see if I can dig out the photo I took while looking out over the ocean, daquari in hand... Wishing you were all here with me.... Sue.
