Guest guest
Hi All Well after a long day yesterday we have made it to the second cast. I do have a question regarding something the dr. said yesterday. He said he was very pleased with the progress that my son has made in the cast and then he said the x-ray shows him to be at 20 degrees in the cast from 40 degrees. I was a little confused because I know all your dr.s give you an out of cast degree and my dr. only did an in cast x-ray. Is this because Peyton is only a year and does not stand? Should I be asking for an out of cast x-ray for next time? He also said the curve degree isn't really hugely important and that the important thing is the rib rotation. Is this typical of what your dr.s say? I think I'm hung up on the numbers, should I be?? Thanks Lynn Ask a question on any topic and get answers from real people. Go to Yahoo! Answers.
