The enthusiasm of this group gave me the motivation to do the basic tape last night. I even had to hook my 13 " TV up to the VCR since the 32 " TV is broken. Normally a problem like that would have killed my motivation. Thanks for the recommedation. Is the tae-bo web site the best place to order them? Since you need a Dr. to Rx mb12 and you want antivirals, you would be best to start by finding a doctor that's willing to Rx it, whether it be a DAN! dr., a homeopath/naturopath or even just an open minded ped. We aren't on the diet so I can't really say from first hand experience how well the enzymes work as compared to diet but I do think it really depends on the state of the gut. I do know of a lot of people that do enzymes only but I think very few just did enzymes. I think most did the diet first and when the intolerances went down, then went to enzymes. I'm sure there are people that have done enzymes only but since I don't have any experience here, someone else will have to jump in with answers.
