Guest guest
Fructose is fruit right? So you can eat vegetables right? There are tons of vegetables high in potassium. Phyllis Dr Grim, have you forgotten which one I am already? I even included a thumbnail for you with this information: hereditary fructose intolerance. That means I can't eat much of anything high in K. -msmith1928 Nulliparous female, 46, 5'3", 120 lbs, polymenorrhea, hyperinsulinemia, hereditary fructose intolerance, lactose intolerance, probable gluten intolerance. Guest guest
Except many things we call " vegetables " are actually botanical fruits, or are otherwise full of fructose: tomatoes, squash, carrots, yams, to name a few. With the exception of squashes, the rule is if it's green I can eat it. Good thing I adore kale! > > > > > > > Hi all, just wondering what you all do when you get low K related > > > > muscle spasms? > > > > > > > > Ordinarily I use a combo of cyclobenzaprine and ibuprofen, as well > > > > as adding another K tab daily, and recover pretty quickly. > > > > > > > > But I've had one since Friday that is affecting the entire left side > > > > of my body and it's getting pretty unbearable.
