HELP EN - SP non gluceoside

Dear :

Isn't it NON-NUCLEOSIDE REVERSE TRANSCRIPTASE INHIBITOR DRUGS? These are

drugs employed in the therapy of AIDS patients.

In portuguese we say: inibidores da transcriptase reversa não-nucleosídeos.

With best regards,

Deyse Sauaya

carmen I think it might be a misspeling and it should be glucoside de

glucósido, una (sustancia) no glicósida.. etc...

Maybe what I am going to say is a big mistake, since I am not a physician,

but could it be " non-nucleoside " instead of non gluceoside, because the

reverse transcriptasa inhibitor reminds me of a treatment for the HIV, and

I think it was nucleoside and non-nucleoside in this case.

You are correct! The word " gluceoside " does not exist, but your explanation

below makes perfect sense.
