Severe hypertriglyceridemia. or hyperperkalemia 1. Thrombocytosis 2. Some leukemias. There are prob others I have forgotten. But most common cause of pseudonormokalemia (K reading normal but blood K is low) is blood drawing problems with hemolysis and using tourniquet and fist pumping.
