Guest guest Posted October 8, 2008 Report Share Posted October 8, 2008 I met my new psychiatrist today. He’s a little unusual, but I think we can work together. He seems to understand that Interferon can cause sensitivity to meds and med changes and said he wouldn’t change a thing while I was on treatment, unless I was in danger. He also seems to understand the effects of all the drugs I did when I was younger. He says the LSD I did when I was younger re-wired my brain. After treatment, he said he would like to try a mood stabilizer that inhibits dopamine. Makes sense to me, considering how I reacted to Wellbutrin.
