Guest guest
Oh I take lots of herbs including Milk Thistle and Selenium which are medicinal herbs. The rest are all used to spice up and add flavor to my food. I use no cooking/medicinal herbs that Dr. Cabot has not recommended. I would not be taking ANY herbs of any kind unless I had blood work, CT Scans etc to back up that they are not damaging anything. I also grow my own as I do not trust the crappola at the health food store or anywhere else Plus I live in Florida so I can I love my herb garden and nurture it as I would a child. I plan to extend it even more with hubby's help. So glad you added that But be very careful regarding holistic ideas (herbs and teas). Check anything you want to try with your doctor. So far my family prac doc blood tested me and said I have Hep C. Then a Heptologist in another hospital tested my RNA [Hep C pos], my geno is 1B, and my viral load is 86,009, and something else HCD?HCV? is 4.9. Now what? Im feeling ok right now. Ive been lurking here for the last couple/3 months hoping to get a little bit smarter, but you all are talking chinese to me. Im still lost. Who should I go see about this Hep C stuff first? I think I should begin addressing this ASAP, but no clue where to begin. I move into my new rental hs today, and for at least 2 weeks will be settling in. Then I think Ill be free to start. Guest guest
Yes it is and I have just died and gone to heaven since we moved here. I go down to the beach or the intercostal to meditate and there is NOTHING like the healing spray from the ocean or watching the Dolphins play in the water AND all my wonderful Raptors like Bald Eagles raising young oh I could go on all day:) But be very careful regarding holistic ideas (herbs and teas).
