I wouldn't rid yourself of the butter. Margerine is very bad for you, and small amounts of butter are ok... just don't fry sandwiches in it!!!!

(Hahahah Nic... nothing better than a proper fried sandwich in butter, but how bad is it for you??? Bad Girl! - I love cheese and strawberry jam fried sandwiches)
