I woke up and listened to episode two and took some time to write down what it is I really want. Focusing on what you want and communicating in the positive to your builder (your subconscious mind) so that she can start to build this for you. My intention for this week is to stay focused on the message in this episode, by writing and reviewing each morning in my journal, those things that I want, desire and envision for myself in the next year. This expands past weight loss for me as I am at a point in my life that I want to make some shifts in the other areas as well. I find that the whole concept of 's program to fit nicely with any area of life you wish to improve and move foreword with. Here are the areas that I am going to define this week and put in my journal so that I can share with my builder (subconscious) until a very clear plan and picture is fleshed out. 1. What kind of a body do I want 2. How do I want to feel in this new body 3. What do I want to wear or not wear in this new body... 4. What does this new body desire the most?
