Guest guest Posted August 2, 2006 Report Share Posted August 2, 2006 It's sweet potato - we mostly get the orange one here, but the purple and white varieties can be found in some green grocers as well and they are quite different in flavour. I prefer the purple and white roasted compared to the orange.
