Guest guest
Hi , Life's really chucked some curly ones at the moment, poor you- you're really in a wobbly place. Losing a furry-baby is an awful thing, it leaves such a hole in your life, I can relate. It's like mourning the loss of a loved one- perhaps you need to light a candle/ have a small ceremony, plant a tree or do something significant to mark your baby's passing. It could sound like American psycho-babble, but it might help. Have you seen your Doc about the M-D. Maybe your weight loss (even though you don';t think you've done it) might be affecting how your meds are metabolised now. I think the answer to everything like that, including noisy house-guests for me is to retreat into myself for a while, not necessarily navel-gazing, but to have some well-derserved pampering. Your forays into the world of chips etc are you doing it in a way, but why not redirect it into something else, like a facial, a movie, a night out with just you and your hubby, a new outfit, some bling, a big walk, a picnic for two etc, or even just simply a long quiet bath. One of the things that my folks say to me about being a mum, and that can be you, as the woman of your chaotic house, is that you have to look after yourself first, because if you're not Ok, then everything else goes more out of whack. Take care, I love hearing about how you're going, and I hope things turn up for you soon. Hugs, (A)
