So I guess in a nutshell this is mainly a fruits and vegetable diet, with a little bit of meat and dairy thrown in. Almost a vegetarian lifestyle. Phyllis 44-Female- African-Americam, 5’6” 220 lbs, No diagnosis of PA yet. Meds: Bidil , Inspra 50mg daily, Benicar 10mg daily Other dx. Heart failure, cardiomyapthy, LVH, creatinine 1.2, GERD, insulin resistance, metabolic syndrome, PCOS, and ’they say’ Sarcoidosis Check the index to see what pages "lentils" can be found on.
