To keep K at normal levels why not taking K-supplements for a while that you

should quit Spiro? I take Spiro 100mg/d but yet have to take 120 mEq K-supp

daily too.

You can stay on Spiro and still get renal art studies. If renin was very low in past not likely to have RAS. MOST LIKely reason for change in cr would be better BP control.
