Guest guest
Well, I had 2.8 good days, and then a little slip last night. What happened was that I went to Trader Joe's (fancy grocery store) and got some fancy food, and made a nice dinner for me and h. I think I need to watch the portion sizes though, and eat slower, to savor all the fancy organicness of my dinner. So, I didn't assess my hungriness BEFORE dinner, although I believe I was at a two, or even a one. And I didn't assess my fullness DURING dinner. I had no time, because I was too busy with the eating! And then. ugh, felt yucky, so I continued the binge with 100calorie belgian chocolate bar. (mind you, I had already eaten a blackberry crumble-- blackberries with oatbran, brownsugar, cinnamon, flour on top, baked for 20min) for dessert. so...! what gives? So, the damage is done. better than in times past. At least I had a small portion of chocolate, and ate my calories at dinnertime. by the end, I was at a nine, and feeling gross. I should have " checked in " . Live and learn. sigh...
