Guest guest Posted February 8, 2009 Report Share Posted February 8, 2009 Yes, you read that right. My glutes hurt on both sides now. I noticed on my long slow run today. I should have been easier, but the right glute started to protest, then the left. Any ideas for stretches? It's muscular, which means I may resort to a massage therapist, although I will be laughing the entire time.
