Haha.... Taebo Rocks! I like you already!! :) Welcome to the group!! This

is a great place for motivation! Ok, I have to know.... what kind of

results have you had doing taebo for two years AND weight training? That's

awesome! I will have been doing taebo for a year in September. It's hard to

believe it's been that long. Granted I spent about six months slacking a bit

but I never completely quit. :) Again, welcome, it's great that you joined

us!

Welcome, Montserrat! You know you may have been doing taebo longer than

anyone else posting here! After 2 years, you must be great at taebo. If you

want to read more about the rest of us, go to our web site at

Welcome Montserrat!!! Glad to have you among us... You will find lots of motivation to keep you going (although, you don't seem like you need it) or you can provide motivation to others in the group!

I live in Rouyn-Noranda, Quebec (yes way up there), but will be a "lavalloise" soon as I'm moving to Laval in 5 weeks...

Montserrat, when you say the " new Vol. 1, 2, 3, " do you mean the live volumes

that came out a year or two ago or the ones that were just released? It is

confusing because Taebo just recently released new tapes with the same name

as previously released tapes. That is, there are now two live advanced

volume 1, two live advanced volume 2, and two live advanced volume 3. For

the basic tapes, there are now two live basic volume 1 and one of the other

volumes so far. If it is the recently released tapes that you want, call

1-877-BBTAEBO and order them by volume number. You don't have to distinguish

between the old and new volumes. In fact, they might not understand what you

are talking about if you try to order a " new " versus and " old " one. If you

order Advanced Live volume 1, advanced Live volume 2, advanced live volume 3,

or basic live volume 1, you will automatically get the " new " tapes.

The Taebo customer service representatives really don't know their product.

Another poster here, , ordered the tapes a few weeks ago and got them

without any problem, so if you just order AL1, AL2, AL3, or BL1, you should

be getting " new " tapes. I can't tell you about their difficulty level,

because I just ordered them myself this weekend. From what I have learned

here, they are equal in difficulty, ... to the old tapes.

If you are referring to the " chat " section at our web site

), you'll only get responses if someone else is in the room to chat. There

probably is not anyone there now. We have a time set aside to chat on

Saturday afternoons and evenings, but people can chat whenever they want.

For posting messages, we usually just post here. It is very quick. Did you

have trouble finding " Meet the Members " and " Picture Gallery? "

Not meaning to confuse you, but both these sites are separate from

this forum - they are related and maintained by people that are

posters here, but they are not really where the posting goes on, they

are places for us to display our photos and other tae Bo information.

If you are looking for the forum, you are in it!! This is it!

I thought you were looking for the external websites...

Also there are tape reviews of most of the live tapes on my site,

they may help you decide which to order, but I'm sorry they are in

english, my french is VERY rusty!!! Pardon moi for that. see? - it's

definetly rusty - part english, part french!
