Guest guest
I have been using a product called K-LYTE. It is an effervescent tablet. There are 30 tablets in a box and each one is 25mEq.The cost, with the dispensing fee, is $34.00. (Here in Canada). The box describes them this way: " Each effervescent tablet, when dissolved in water supplies 25 mEq of elemental potassium (975 mg) as potasiumcitrate. " This product is from WellSpring Pharmaceutical Canada Corp. out ofOakville, Ontario. They seem to be working very well for me. I actually get them on prescription from my family doctor. They are so easy to take. It's like 4 oz. of a fizzy orange drink that you sip slowing whileyou are having a meal.Hope this helps. Has anyone here use potassium citrate? What experience have you got with K-citrate? -- Jan ShimanoHealth & Wellness Advocate
