Guest guest Posted December 7, 2011 Report Share Posted December 7, 2011 Hi, I was recently diagnosed with hyperaldosteronism, though my CT came up normal. My doc started me on 25mg twice a day of eplerenone. I was hoping to find out what other's experiences with the drug have been like. So far (I'm on my second day) I have started to feel better; less achey, lessening of cold hands and feet, more strength. I also noticed that the headaches I have experienced for so long will no go away, but come back the more time elapses since I took my last dose. has anyone else experienced this. I know it takes a couple days for steady state of the drug to be reached. Does it take a couple weeks to see the full effect of eplerenone.
