Guest guest
Roch you poor thing you certainly have been through the mill with this band of yours. Just take it easy and look after yourself and lets hope when you go back the doc will have some answers for you. The reflux is so horrible isn't it? I have had it for a few nights over the past couple of weeks but I put it down to stress and my band being tighter than a fishes A, now mum is feeling a little better my reflux has stopped again and I say thank you god for small mercies. Take care and keep us updated as to how you are feeling because we are a big family and we do all care about you. Love to your mum. They came (5 fine young men in my bedroom – woo hoo) & checked me out & said everything looked OK, but they’d be happy to give me a ride to the hospital if I wanted one because labs & stuff was the only way to know for sure if I was having a heart event. I asked the head EMT if he’d make me go if I was his mom & he said no, so I didn’t go. I saw my doc yesterday & that EKG (3rd) was OK, too, but I’m having a stress test & 24-hour monitor tomorrow morning. Doc said it could be anxiety or possibly too much thyroid meds now! WhatEVER! I’ll let you know how the test goes. Never miss a thing. Make Yahoo your homepage.

Guest guest
Hi ,Im so glad your hubby is going to go to the class with you,, it will help him to understand what you're going to go through.. I started out on peg intron for 48 weeks and did another 6 weeks of Pegasys and quite honestly, I could not tell much difference between the two.. I was already very anemic at the end of the 48 weeks and it did make my anemia much much worse but that could have been that it would have done that no matter which Interferon I was taking.. who knows.. just make sure you drink enough water, get enough protein, take your Riba with some fat and protein and dont forget to take your two tylenol 30 min before you do your shot! and GOOD LUCK hon, may you reach SVR this time!!!JackieSubject: update on meTo: hepatitis_c_central Date: Wednesday, July 23, 2008, 6:20 PM Hello all, I know i have not posted in awhile. The last time I posted was to get info on the tx pegasys. Can u send that info again because that is about the time my pc shut down so I was not able to get anything. I was working on getting help through my insurance to cover for my tx, but my insurance got cancelled. So the liver clinic told me about a program that will help me cover my meds while on tx, I just found out this week I got approved for it. I will not have to pay for anything. They have been trying to get me started on tx since March. I plan on going out of town Aug. 4th-11th. I figured what is another couple of weeks. Before I get started they want me to take a class for one hour to talk about what the tx is all about. My husband is going with me to the class so he can get a heads up. He is scared because he does not know what I will be going through. I have been on the tx before back in 2001, but I was on peg-interferon and the pill. This time they want to put me on pegasys and the pill I guess, and the nursde tells me it is a little bit diffrent now than what it was in 2001. Any advice, or info I will gladly take.
