said this time and time again this weekend! It's ok to modify

what you are doing! If you have to walk it out, that's ok....just

walk strong. If you have to kick low.....then kick low, just make

sure you are using the proper form. He demonstrated this with the

front kicks and said if you are feeling tired, then just kick down

low and if you feel able to give some more than kick higher. It's

the same principle with any of the kicks or punches. When I was

taking his class on Saturday, there were several times I walked it

out for a set or two, but when I got back into it.....it was with

full intensity again! Don't be afraid to stop and walk it out or to

modify your movements. You are the only one who knows your body and

what it is capable of doing and you are the only one who can monitor

how hard/easy you work out! And it is up to you to know when to push

a little harder and when you need a little break :)
