Gluten/Dairy Free Diets and red dye

Hi Everyone,

I am reaching out for some help here....my ex-husband does not believe our

children have any issues with the above things...thing is we have been doing

gf/cf for 7 years while we were together and he never said boo, now that we are

divorced and he has the boys for weekends, he feeds them whatever they

want...BUT when they come back to me they are out of control...he says he

doesn't see any difference and therefore is not going to follow the diet. He is

a computer geek and has come up with articles stating this is nonsense...I need

help from you out there who can give me information that backs up using the

gf/cf diet and any information on red dye and special needs. I have 3 boys with

autism and very little time to do some of this research, however if anyone has

already and can pass it on I would be eternally grateful. I have to make my

case before a judge to get a ruling on using this diet. I know it affects them

adversely I can see it.
