Ditto that sentiment. I will have to see how I feel. Thursday night I did

40 minutes on my new glider and then ran for 40 minutes and I could barely

walk the next day from all the lower body work.

Who kind of tooker her first day off in 12 days last night becasue she only

20 minutes of Taebo

Actually, my husband would not be coming... that's why I was trying

find someone to share a room with! I can't afford to go if I have to
