Advanced VB Workshop in Savannah (Carbone)

There's an excellent VB workshop that's received great reviews from participants

called " Teaching Verbal Behavior to Children with Autism: Hands-on Workshop #4

for Tutors & Therapists " that will be held Dec. 10-12, 2007 in Savannah, GA.

The cost is $595/person for 3 days ( & is well worth it.) Participants should

have previously attended the " Intro to Verbal Behavior " workshop by Dr. Carbone

(or equivalent.) Only 30 attendees will be admitted so that attendees receive

lots of feedback & practice on VB procedures & on developing verbal behavior

programs. The workshop is presented by Jenn Godwin, MEd, BCBA & Tamara Kasper,

MS, CCC-SLP, BCBA. Past attendees have found the workshop to be " highly

informative, " " very practical " , & " a great resource " for those using VB

procedures with kids with autism. Hotel rates include: Hilton $99/nite,

Fairfield $79/nite, or Comfort Suites $69/nite. Registration fees can be paid

for with check, credit card, or school purchase order. This workshop typically

fills to capacity, but we have plenty of seats now as we just recently opened
