Hi all,

I have a question that maybe someone can help with, I am concerned with

's intake of calcium, she is lactose intolerant and drinks oj with

calcium, and can have some hard fermented cheeses, but I wonder if thats

enough. I just read an article about inhaled steroids and children's growth

and bone density. Does anyone have their children on calcium supplements?

We've tried Tums but I find them hidden in the couch and she just won't eat

them. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you
