Hi Janet and welcome to IOWL. Like you, I've just joined as well. Your

intentions sound very positive and it's wonderful to see someone young

make the decision to take back their health rather than suffer for a few

more decades like myself. I wish you much success on your journey.

Welcome to the group! I've been a member for 2 months, but just

started actively posting in the past week. I just went to fatsecret

and it looks interesting. Thanks.

Jen, welcome to the group. You are in the right place. I wish you

peace and ease for your journey. By taking care of yourself, you will

be better able to care for your son.

Welcome welcome

I am so glad you have chosen to join us!!! This is an amazing group of

folks! I just love them! They keep me honest and helped me so much when my

Mother died in November.

By taking care of yourself you are teaching your sons a powerful lesson

words could never teach!

Thank you for telling us about your sons!!! Makes my heart light with

gratitude as I sigh just a little prayer of thanks!!!
