Need to watch that your B/P doesn't get to low. Might want to call the

nephrologist and see if you can start reducing other B/P meds now.

regimen of Diovan 320mg at 9:00 AM and Cartia XL 360mg at 9:00PM (which never

worked alone) my blood pressure was 108/70 this morning (before meds)! Serum

potassium was up to 4.3 last week. I have my second appointment with the

nephrologist in two more weeks. I think of him as the person who probably saved

my life. If I hadn't done my own research, I would be waiting until January for

a follow up appointment with my PCP, with not even a script for a repeat BMP

even though my potassium level was struggling from 3.0-3.5 on two or three

supplements a day. It makes me wonder if my family doctor has a diploma. I also

wanted to add that I had tingling in my arms and premature PVCs during a eye

procedure, and leg pain. I was told the PVCs are not harmful, take a tylenol for

the legs and I just got a blank stare about the arm tingling. I quit admitting

symptoms because I thought I was crazy. Of course, I know now that I was the

sane one and my doctor(s) were clueless. Thanks to Dr. Grim and the rest of your

stories, I am finding so much comfort knowing that I am not alone. I wish you

all well!
