Guest guest
Hi. My daughter's in the hospital....her white blood cell count is 1.9, and her platelette count is 40,000...her blood is so thin she has pressure socks on, she has ascites, all her veins in her arms and on her right side are no good. She's not able to keep anything down, and she has red streaks....broken veins, i'm told, on her breast, stomach, back, and arms. Her liver levels are three or four times the norm...and she has dark patches where the body is trying to push out the toxins. The doctors aren't saying very much...i'd appreciate reading what thoughts people may have about this....we feel lost and alone.....

Guest guest
If she just went in the hospital, they might not be saying much until they get all their tests in and know what to say. Doctors are like that, playing it close to the cuff until they have all the facts. You are not alone, though. You have us. Let us know when the docs tell you something. I’ll be praying. blood tests Hi. Guest guest
we just found out, she's in liver failure...hospice is coming in to help us....they won't give a timeline, they expect it to either be a varices bleed, or her heart because of the blood and that the veins are collapsing all throughout the body --- Motley wrote: > If she just went in the hospital, they might not be > saying much until they > get all their tests in and know what to say. > Doctors are like that, playing > it close to the cuff until they have all the facts. > You are not alone, > though.
