i dont really need any meds at the moment and as i mentioned to cherie i

am having .1 of a ml in on Tuesday and if the tgoes well i will have another

..1 ml

the next Tuesday etc - There is nothing wrong with the band i am just more

propense to having reflux and therefore have to be especially careful -

fortunately

fills dont cost much at all and are just up the road from my work so i can

really go slowly with it.
