Thanks kelly! Its a small step closer to my inner self acceptance! It was so

liberating I'm tryin to encourage all my girl friends! I even gave one a smal

yellow rose yesterday cuz she was sad about reaching a plateau! I told it was

great...she had no words. I guess she had never though bout it being a positive!

Wow, Irene, that's great! I'm a lot like you were: I didn't mind

being seen in my swimsuit, but only when I was on vacation where I

would only be seen by strangers I would never see again.

I've only just become OK with my husband of 3 years seeing me naked

from behind. I'm still working on the rest.

You've made a huge step forward and done something many of us don't

have the courage to do.

Thank you so much for your encouragment. I also want to send you some

encouragment for really loving all of you. Sometimes we we shy away from

ourselves we really miss out on youth. You don't want to wait till you get the

body you want to do this...loving all of you for rite now is part of the growth!

Good luck Leann and you never know till you try...you might surprise yourself!
