Conference (Faith and Science) that will be held in Milwaukee, Wisconsin from July

Dear Dr. Hogan:

Schneider, MSN, FNP (my assistant) will be completing a CME application

either through the Wisconsin Medical Association or Columbia Saint-'s

Hospital in Milwaukee. She will also be applying for CEUs for professional

nurses.
