Guest guest
Has anyone tried DHA with their daughter and if so could you tell me what you observed good or bad? has been doing a super job emotionally and behaviorally with digestive enzymes, calming amino acid glycine and TMG. I decided to get some Omega 3's into her diet and hopefully boost her brain power, but she seems a bit edgy tonight (2nd day of only 100 mg capsule) and grabbed her TSS a few times. Not sure if it's the supplement or full moon tomorrow. Thanks in advance,
Guest guest
Thanks for this info, . had a really tough time in just the 3 days she was on the DHA, only 1 capsule after school, so I stopped giving it to her. I'll keep this in mind if I want to try it again later down the road. She has been doing so well emotionally and behaviorally at school that I don't want to start mixing up her progress. Guest guest
Thanks. What is your opinion of just giving flax seed oil itself? I tried essential fatty acid combos with in the past, but she never seems to tolerate them. Guest guest
, Flax oil alone is not a good idea. It throws the other EFA's out of balance, especially omega 6's. If you don't want to do the fish oil thing, try a mixture of flax and borage oil or flax, borage and pumpkin. These should not negatively affect .
