How to DASH at Food Places (was DOT physicals and HTN)

I know this is lousy food for your heart but it has worked for me in a pinch - I

get unsalted french fries with cheese melted on them.(The cheese hides the fact

that there is virtually no salt in the mix and adds protein to the mix.)

It's the closest thing to a baked potato that is easily found. Unfortunately

unpeeled fries are not as easily found.

Add a little gravy and you've got poutine, just don't misspell it as " putain! "

means something quite different!

Never heard of this dish pontine. We bus drivers used to refer to it as a " Heart Attack in a Bowl " ! That was

enough to cause most of us to resist the urge most of the time, somehow it

dampened the urge!
