Guest guest
I know this is lousy food for your heart but it has worked for me in a pinch - I get unsalted french fries with cheese melted on them.(The cheese hides the fact that there is virtually no salt in the mix and adds protein to the mix.) It's the closest thing to a baked potato that is easily found. Unfortunately unpeeled fries are not as easily found. Donna --- Clarence Grim wrote: I don't catsup my fries. But guess I am missing a Regan Veggie. I think I have put out the challenge of How to DASH at Fast Food Places and think we could sell a book on this. Guest guest
Add a little gravy and you've got poutine, just don't misspell it as " putain! " means something quite different! > > I don't catsup my fries. Guest guest
We bus drivers used to refer to it as a " Heart Attack in a Bowl " ! That was enough to cause most of us to resist the urge most of the time, somehow it dampened the urge! > > > > > > I don't catsup my fries.
