okay folks I need some support here...

I'm going to disney for the 1st time after being a part of inside out weight

loss and I could use some advice on self correcting.

I know myself real good and this is the scenario: I watch myself for about 2 or

3 days and then it seems i collapse into that overeating binge and then I go to

my moms house after disney and then i eat like a $@# & pig(pardon my french)!

I really want to be good this time but at the same time.If anyone can give me

some helpful hints I'd really appriciate it. E-mail before sun the 5th of

april...
