I'm pretty sure all the alcohol cooks out of the wine

so it should be ok. I'm not sure exactly how long it

takes for the wine to cook out though, probably a few

minutes. If you are sauteing something or otherwise

cooking it pretty thoroughly I would think it'd be ok.

Just don't have a margarita with dinner, Margarita!

;-)

(Sorry, first thing I thought of when I saw your name,

I really miss my margaritas)!!

Hi Margarita,

Now, I'm not a Doctor or a specialist on Hep C but when one cooks with wine,

isn't all the alcohol burned off? I can't see the harm in it. Others may have

a better understanding than me.

I miss Margaritas too, that is why I have Not-Aritas. Use a good quality

margarita mix, blend in blender with ice, I add a tablespoon of sugar to give it

a kick, but you can use Equal or one of those sweetners if you are concerned

about the sugar content.

Yummmers, and I sit on the back porch with my flip flops, singing away

pretending Jimmy Buffett is singing to me. LOL

You can do the same thing with Pina Coladas and use rum flavoring to give it

that jazz!!

Stick a Banana in there and it is healthy.

You a Parrot Head too? Escaping to NotAritaVille with

Jimmy, wearing your flip flops, and waking up with a

new tattoo, a real cutie, not a clue how it got there?

Then ordering a cheeseburger with " lettuce and tomato,

Heinz Fifty-seven and French fried potatoes. Big

kosher pickle and a cold draft beer. " (dealcoholized

beer, of course!).

Ah, now I gotta go play some Jimmy!
