Excellent. Keep us posted. Always makes me nervous when some one gives me a BP of 120/80. Both ending in zero makes me suspect they were rounding to nearest 10 or deflating so fast they could only read to nearest 10. Taken by human or machine in office. But then I am naturally a suspicious person I guess. May your pressure be low!CE Grim MS, MDSpecializing in DifficultHypertension

Makes me nervous too (learned that from you Dr. Grim!) - on my home BP machine I

rarely get anything ending in zero. He got 123/80 the second time.

If we are going to do this for adrenalectomy we should also do it for meds. and

the variables. With or without DASH. Spiro did it work and dosage. Developed

gynecomastia? Boob bump? Inspra? Dosage? etc.

- 65 yo super ob. male - 12mm X 13mm rt. a.adnoma with previous rt. flank

pain. Treating with Meds. And DASH. . Current BP(last week ave): 131/76 HR 60

Other Issues/Opportunities: OSA w Bi-Pap settings 13/19, DM2, and PTSD.

Meds: Duloxetine hcl 80 MG, Metoprolol Tartrate 200 MG, 81mg asprin, Metformin

2000MG and Spironolactone 50 MG.

Great idea! I just made a file folder, " Meds Experiences " with two subfolders,

" Successful Meds Experiences, " and " Meds Problems and Side Effects. "

I'll add my laundry list of spiro problems later when I have a bit more time.

If he was reading a dial or a mercury device then all readings should end in even numbers unless this was an average.CE Grim MD Makes me nervous too (learned that from you Dr. Grim!) - on my home BP machine I rarely get anything ending in zero. You are there as far as BP is concerned. I am happy with <135/85 average at home.CE Grim 125/72 and no meds at this point? Whoops, typo, meant to say 132/80 the second time. I was getting nervous by then

so he didn't check a third time :) Even now the darned white-coat syndrome won't

go away!

That's what my nephrologist told me today also - that 135/85 or under at home is

good.
