Guest guest
I am working with a client whom I am fairly confident has LUFS.Her previous provider is only interested in artificial modalities, and in this region, that person is the only one besides me who is the least bit interested in assisting with infertility. This woman has already had a trial of Clomid, and the side effects for her were "horrible". We discussed using Femara as an alternativePost peak treatment is difficult because she is unable to identify a Peak day, and I don't think that BBT would help much in this Standard tx would normally entail an HCG trigger, though some folks are now using Lupron as a trigger. And I have heard that Dr. Hilgers is now trying neupogen for LUFS and having "great success".Can someone please tell me what the pro's and con's are as well as the mechanism of action -ie the thought process as why the difference in tx options ?Thanks Sandrock, CNM
