Guest guest
Just curious to ask. With bullworker the isotonic reps build muscle not isometric contraction. For example doing 10 reps with bullworker builds muscle (even though not like weights) better than isometric contraction. In my test senior bullworker and X5 with straps, lady bullworker helps to build muscle due to its range of motion it provides for isotonic reps. Now I see there is no X5 in the market and it is replaced with some strong spring version which is useless for isotonic reps. Steel bow has lighter spring but range of motion is less compared to X5 or senior bullworker. I think few years back bullworker had better products (X5 with straps, senior bullworker) than now. Instead of improving we see just product get worse. Any comments (I expect one from john huges). I would suggest bullworker with high compression distance of X5 with spring resistance of 50lbs would be the perfect fit for muscle building.
