Guest guest
I agree with PennY, a neck adjustment-DONE RIGHT is a good thing. Abbys chiro does more with pressure points in her neck rather then " cracking " her bones as most people think chiro's do. I have seen wonderful progress since she has gone. One of the best things we ever did. Pennie Abby's Mom
Guest guest
The neck adjustments may be the answer to language issues. Subluxations in the neck area may affect auditory processing... We've been going for almost a year. > this is the last person I thought I would be seeing for , but > after reading in Autism digest about autism and subluxations, which > I was told she had at 1 but didn't pursue, I am going to re- > investigate this. Guest guest
--- What changes have you seen since going to a Chiro? Guest guest
I believe the gains she's made in receptive language wouldn't have happened w/o the chiropractic adjustments. We're intervening pretty hard, both educationally (ABA, pre-school, and an AI half day classroom) and biomedically, and we did AIT Christmas 2002, but we're finally beginning to see Alyssa's receptive language inch forward, and I think the adjustments are assisting with that. Alyssa is still pre-conversational. She's 4.5. > > > this is the last person I thought I would be seeing for , > but > > > after reading in Autism digest about autism and subluxations, > > which > > > I was told she had at 1 but didn't pursue, I am going to re- > > > investigate this.
