Guest guest
I have had a few patients lately that have BAD hips - one with a luxation- and I am unsure what exercises would be best for the gluteals. I have them doing UWT, cavalettis, one owner made a sand box, and inclines. I am hesitant to do sit to stands with them - would modified sit to stands be ok? These 2 patients are older and do not have much extension in their hips. I tried to put foam ankle wraps to help them lift their legs when walking and keep them apart but they just refuse to walk. Thanks so much! Felicity talbot, dvm
