Oh that is FANTASTIC!!!

Wow, you truly were going to stay of the scale for over 2 months? That

is quite a feat. Of course I don't know your reasons behind it. I

personally try to do just once a week but find myself on it pretty much

daily. It helps me to self correct quickly or to identify if certain

foods affected me. Like a high salt dinner etc.

Congratulations on the under 190!!! Way to go! I would say that scale

was pretty motivating today!

Great job & keep up the wonderful journey towards a healthy happy &

naturally slender YOU!

Health & Happiness,

Pamela

I know how you feel. It took 8 months to break 200. I was bouncing around 210

for most of it. I started to think well fine if I have to be this size I'm

going to be the fittest fat chick you ever saw and well that did it. Go figure.

Congratulations on breaking 190. I am inspired by you. I too am a scale junky.

Once a day. After my workout. Hopefully after I've gone to the bathroom.

Before real breakfast. So the lightest possible. lol.

Two months without weighing? Geez. What would I do with myself? Thats like 10

minutes out of my day I would get back. Thats one hour every six days I would

have back. I suppose I could just use that to workout more. Hmmm. . .thats an

idea. Maybe ab work? I would have the strongest stealth mid section you would

never be able to see. . under my pudge its invisible.

Maybe I will try that once a week weighing thing. Its seems like I might miss a

low day though sigh. . but then I would also miss my high days and that would be

ok.
