---Thanks for this info you sent me a few weeks ago, sorry,

was busy before now to get back to you. I would really like to try

something else with , although the dexadrine does work well, she

does have the coming off effect that she hates. I would like tio try

this combo on her, but I am hesitant that anything natural would

help her calm down or focus, she is truly ADHD in every sense. Will

these combos make her drowsy? They seem to be great for sleep, what

what about during the day? And is it 1 of each daily? I appreciate

any info before purchasing and I truly respect your opinion. Diane

Hi Diane,

These supplements help with anxiety and hyperactivity but do not cause

drowsiness. They are simply meant to calm the nervous system and help

with focus and attention. I use them with both during the day and

at night if needed. How much you give will depend on your daughter's

weight and/or specific needs at the time. is 4 and weighs 42

pounds and I give her one of each twice per day. You can increase to

two Tri-cal or three Tri-mag if necessary. Sometimes if I see a bad day

or night brewing I up the dose to two of each. The key to both of

these supplements and what sets them apart from other forms of calcium

and magnesium is that they are made of special glycine dipeptides.

Glycine is an amino acid that binds stress toxins and excretes them.

The Tri-cal also contains taurine, which helps with bile flow, aiding

the liver in clearing toxins. The combination of these two supplements,

balanced vitamin and mineral supplementation, digestive enzymes and

eliminating processed sugar, artificial colors and other neurotoxic

additives, has allowed me to keep off medication. Her teacher was

really impressed with the change in her.

Give it a try. At the very least you will be supplementing very high

quality calcium and magnesium.
