Hi ________ (don't know your name)

You wrote: Beth, Any info on Vitamin E for alleviating Brain Fog, my shrink

is recommending it.

I take it you're asking me what I know about Vitamin E? Sorry, but the

answer is nothing. I'd have a look at www.doctoryourself.com and see what

Dr. Saul writes about it. Dr. Cabot, the " Liver Doctor " says this

about Vitamin E: Dose: 1000iu daily assists in protecting liver cell

membranes from free radical damage and reduces and prevents scarring.

Nothing there about brain fog. Perhaps her website can offer more

information - I did a quick search, nothing comprehensive - on Vitamine E,

plus many other dietary and herbal therapies. Her website is

www.liverdoctor.com

Sorry I couldn't offer more info.

Beth

Imagine that! He then dropped a bombshell by telling the anchor that most people could eliminate vitamins if they ate a balanced diet that included lots of fruits & vegetables!
