Nor have I ever seen " negative goat serum " . And, last but not least, I ran Google searches on " negative goat serum " and " negatives Ziegenserum " . Both returned 0 (zero) hits. " , but also conveniently offers the appropriate English translation as " normal serum " . Hence, your approach as " Ziegen-Normalserum " should be perfectly right.
