New challenge

Hi all! I'm new to the Board and wanted to post something I just

found. If anyone is of a certain age, they may remember the

President's Physical Fitness program from elementary school. I

remember it, like most things associated the " P.E. class " as torture

and humiliation for us fat kids! But it's time to reframe my old

negative beliefs about exercise as torture and now I have the

opportunity to make peace with my childhood nemesis as well. Check out

www.presidentschallenge.com. It's the new and improved version in

which you can win awards for regular physical activity.

I find it very cool that it starts today, the Spring equinox, the

optimum time for setting intentions as mentioned in other posts. If

your politics are such that you can't get behind

anything " presidential " right now, just focus on the " challenge "

part....as in " here, take that! "
