Hello all, Stockport calling.

Thanks for the

excepting my request Mr Moderator!!

My bullworker

experience, age 15 started at a school youth club,

1979, a well built

chap called in to pick up his little brother and with

him was a Deluxe UK.

He told us he only

used the BW and only after a few months

of BW fitness routines he'd achieved

'increased muscle

definition and strength'. From memory i recall he could compress the BW as in

the Arnold challenge. We all had a go and remember not noticing any disenable

movement!!! I was the scrawny type of kid, I was hooked.

I started to save my

pocket money!!, but by coincidence one of my older brothers, ordered the new BW

with the brown hand grips!!

Over the following

years i used the BW on and off with varying degrees of success.

In the 80's i purchased a brand new X5. I personally

think this is

the best one, again

on and off use gave me positive and

measurable results over the years, i only whish id taken measurements or

photographs.

2011 was the turn of my new investment....BW Steel

Bow. This is a great compact BW, I've already taken it on a couple of trips so

I can have my BW fix away from home!!

I'm not by any means

a 'Schwarzenegger' but i do strongly believe this

type training really works. It has kept me trim and in good

shape, I'll be 50 next year!!

Well any way it does

it for me!

Religiously for the

passed 12 months my exercise routine is

first thing in the morning between 6-7am with the X5 before I go off to work,

5-6 times a week, then as often as possible I use the steel bow exercises performing reps with a hold on the

last repetition.

I'm always looking

for new 'holds' and of course motivation throughout the year to keep me going!

look forward to your

replies guys?

Dom.
