Deep breaths make hyperventilation worse and yet that is exactly what dissipates

my feelings of being short of breath.

As to your other questions: 1)none; thyroid cancer is treated with I131; 2) I

used electrolytes and diet (carbs for glycogen replenishment after riding;

protein for weight training).

But have you tried rebreating into a bag. What Ca chemo did you get?

Did you take any muscle building supplements?

Can not hurt to try the bag trick.

Deep breaths are hyperventilation.Rebreathing in a bag increases the low pC02 caused by hypervent and as pH improves many feel better.
