Guest guest
Rochelle, Great idea. Just like to think of others even in this tough time. Please tell her prayers are still comming their way!! Subject: Re: and Olivia Just spoke to To: infantile_scoliosis Date: Monday, October 5, 2009, 10:26 AM I spoke with and she says please just send cards and letters. said that please donate to ISOP instead of sending gifts to Liv. Liv is in good spirits and is up and walking about as of yesterday. seems in good spirits and doing well but please keep the prayers coming as they still have a long journey for the next two months. Guest guest
GREAT point. If everyone was going to spend even $20 dollars for a gift that would add up by instead sending to ISOP!!!Lets send Olivia cards and send some money to ISOP!TashaMommy of 4 year old twin boys- and Fort Worth, TexasSeries of 6 casts for 14 months and now in a night brace. is treated at Texas ish Rite Hospital. You can read 's story at....http://www.infantilescoliosis.org/stories.html--- Subject: Re: and Olivia Just spoke to To: infantile_scoliosis Date: Monday, October 5, 2009, 10:26 AM I spoke with and she says please just send cards and letters. said that please donate to ISOP instead of sending gifts to Liv. Guest guest
Yes, we also asked people coming to our small housewarming/very belated Bex B-day party to donate to ISOP, in lieu of any gifts.Heidi, Bexon's Mama, (2 years old, in 4th cast from Salt Lake City Shriners, currently down from 61 degrees to 21) From: coolesttwinkie <coolesttwinkie@ yahoo.com>Subject: [infantile_scoliosi s] Re: and Olivia Just spoke to To: infantile_scoliosis @yahoogroups. comDate: Monday, October 5, 2009, 10:26 AM I spoke with and she says please just send cards and letters. said that please donate to ISOP instead of sending gifts to Liv. Guest guest
I just spoke to her this morning and she told me the same thing. She sounded great. She and Liv are really doing well with this. Halo traction is one of the most difficult things to do! So glad Liv is acclimating and getting around with the walker. Pray that she continues to gain strength and energy. said Liv can feel the metal they had to leave in her back, so pray that there won't be complications. Liv is small in frame and her connective tissue issues add to this. Soon the hard part will be keeping herself occupied, then the next big surgery. That won't be easy either. Continue to pray for them and send them cards. When you're in the hospital that long it is such a blessing to know people are thinking of you. Helps keep you connected with the outside world. shellie grant From: coolesttwinkie <coolesttwinkie@ yahoo.com>Subject: [infantile_scoliosi s] Re: and Olivia Just spoke to To: infantile_scoliosis @yahoogroups. comDate: Monday, October 5, 2009, 10:26 AM I spoke with and she says please just send cards and letters. said that please donate to ISOP instead of sending gifts to Liv.
